BIO
Morgan Clinard is a 23-year-old multidisciplinary artist based in New Hampshire and Maine. She holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Maine College of Art and Design. Working across ink, acrylic, charcoal, colored pencil, markers, and digital media, her practice navigates the space between structure and spontaneity. Each medium offers its own voice in her ongoing exploration of what it means to make art.

Clinard champions the belief that "there are no mistakes in art" — only surprises and hidden pathways. Her creative process begins in her sketchbook, where she draws interior studies, sketches her friends, studies iconic works of art, listens to people, and remains completely open to the page. This process creates a safe space for ideas to emerge — only a few of which evolve into full-scale projects. Once a direction becomes clear, her perfectionism kicks in, and she works meticulously until each piece is ready to be shared.
As she steps forward from her time at the Maine College of Art and Design, Clinard embraces the idea that learning never stops. Her love of both fine art and graphic design lies in collaboration — in working with others, she continues to discover new ways to understand the world around her.
